Good stories, good characters

These stories were sweet and well-written and good light reads. Plots were fairly obvious, would like to have seen a LOT more to each story. Conflicts were resolved sweetly, not realistically.
If you have a tracker in a story and a woman running away from bad guys, the tracker should have a reason to save his woman... instead all was resolved in a letter. Good way to end a story quickly, bad way to be entertaining.
If you have a father who lied about everything in his daughter's life and was so corrupt he framed the hero's father, drove the hero's mother to drink, and stole the hero's and his siblings life, sending them into abject poverty, he should not get off with a -- I love your daughter and won't pursue this.... BS, the bastard goes down for the life he took, the lives he ruined.
Light reads, well written. No surprises, no real emotions engaged.

Great box set!!!

A great family to get to know. This series has the sweetest romance, with just the right amount of heat. You can't go wrong with Boone, the soldier/cowboy, or with Mitch, the loner, outdoorsman. They both are strong, independent men with stubborn hearts. Maddie and Perrie are the perfect women for them. They know just the way to break their walls down. Dev and Lacey's story is so full of heartbreak and misunderstanding, it broke my heart. I loved how life brought them back together, but continued to make them work for their HEA. I really enjoyed this trilogy, and I have every intention of reading more from this author.
